Seducing Mr. Perfect: A Movie Review

Seducing Mr. Perfect
“Is it possible to find a love that won’t make me feel lonely? That makes me warm and happy?”

This is a feel good romantic comedy that would keep you drooling til the end. Oh well, simply staring that Daniel Henney , those eyes, smile and the physique is more than reason enough to drool over this movie.

Seducing Mr. Perfect is what every woman would dream of, which is, finding a handsome, successful, rich guy who is overflowing with charisma and would simply sweep them off their feet. That dream guy that would make them hate him and love him all at the same time.
"You shouldn't do that, smiles, compliments, gestures. You'll be feeding his ego.One more thing, if he already has a big ego,you need to deflate it with some shock therapy."
"If you wanted to be treated like a queen, then act like one.How you train your opponent is up to you."
I love the chemistry of the two main characters. Both were a perfect match. Min-joon (Uhm Jung-hwa) was able to portray her role as a true believer of true love and so desperate enough to give her all just to be with the guy she loves. And Robin Heiden (Daniel Henney) is the stiff and cold president of the company. He’s someone who’s been through a great deal of pain and frustrations in the past thus feels that love is a game of power a manipulation of emotions. The combination was right to make this one great romantic comedy movie.

"Words do not always express ones' feelings.Look at the eyes! People can lie with words, but not with their eyes."
"In most wars, the weapons are guns and missiles. But in this kind of war, they're the newest hairstyles and dresses. If physical warfare is ineffective, turn to psychological warfare."
The downside is I would have preferred that they also give a focus on Robin Heiden’s past relationships and experiences that would justify his present take on love. I didn’t quite get the feel of it. The pain, the regret and lost, not much since it was just a passing scene. However, the scene when Min-Joon was explaining the motives behind the purchasing of the Japanese company, I felt that it was moving. It was able to draw that emotion of unwavering love and sense of pride.

Over all this will definitely be one of my favorite Korean movies. It was exciting and fresh to watch. And again Daniel Henney, you are simply gorgeous, sexy and you speak English! This is one movie that I would recommend to all my friends who have lost hope in love, those hopeless romantic. It’s not wrong to dream and most importantly, it’s never too late to find that one true love. You’ll never know, he could be that guy that you bumped into this morning on your way to the office  and then you can say I know, the kind of love I’ve always dreamed of really exists.

"A woman who was just dumped needs a shoulder to cry on, not a critic."
"True love means to share your hearts, and not be lonely, to be warm, happy, that sort of thing."
"Manipulating people isn't that fun. It's tiring and hard. What if in manipulating people, we lost the pleasure of an honest conversation? Why use manipulation if we can't discover ones' true feeling? Have you been happy with that sort of relationship? Instead of calculating, i want to be honest.Instead of receiving, i want to give. Instead of hiding, i want to let out all my feelings."

With all the wonderful lines, I would rate this 10 of 10!
